We know sometimes things can change when you’re planning a trip.

So, if you need to, you can cancel via email 7 days or more before your check-in date to receive a full refund. For example, if your booking is on the 17^th June you can receive a full refund if you cancel before 2pm on the 10^th June.

If you cancel ordinarily within 7 days of your check-in date you will forfeit the full cost of your holiday.

If your travel is affected by COVID-related lockdowns any time up to the date of your check-in we’ll give you the choice between a full refund or a travel voucher. Just let us know which one you would prefer.
