What’s so great about the Blue Mountains Elvis Festival?
The Elvis Festival takes place over a fantastic four days in Katoomba, with 13 feature acts, including Gordon Hendricks, Brendon Chase, Brody Finlay and more. The wonderful Elvis Tribute Artists perform in a variety of shows, and you’ll also enjoy gourmet gala dinners and after parties.
The festival is set across 4 fun venues and sets out to keep you constantly entertained. The festival kicks off on Thursday with a 2-course gala dinner, features dinners and shows each night, as well as celebrations throughout and finishes with a wrap party where you can get your blue suede dancing shoes on and toast the King with the talented entertainers.
There is a singing competition, karaoke and you’ll hear stories about Elvis’ life too. So as well as enjoying the wonder of Elvis, you’ll hopefully make some memories with fellow fans.

Is the Blue Mountains Elvis Festival about more than just Elvis?
Yes, if 4 days of Elvis’s greatest hits wasn’t enough, there are also Tom Jones and Cher tributes on Saturday night too.

As well as the fabulous dinners offered each night with the shows, the Elvis Festival is nestled in the centre of Katoomba, close to a hearty number of cafes and restaurants, where you can enjoy breakfasts, brunches and lunches.
When is it?
The Blue Mountains Elvis Festival is on the 15th-18th August 2024. We’d definitely recommend booking accommodation well in advance, as Katoomba gets busy quickly when a treat like this comes to town.
Do I need to book tickets?
Yes, and there’s a few ways to do so. You can either book the events you want to go to individually or buy a VIP pass that includes a number of events. See the website for more information and to book.

Stay in Katoomba and you’ll be able to sway home easily each night, and treat yourself to a breakfast of champions at the fantastic local eateries each morning.
How do I get to the Blue Mountains Elvis Festival?
You can drive from Sydney to Katoomba in 1.5 to 2 hours or take a train from Sydney Central Station. Trains leave roughly every hour and take you straight to Katoomba Train station, although it’s worth checking with Transport NSW before you leave.
